Are you a BMS Service Engineer seeking a role with a supportive and recognised company that values work-life balance? With the ability to earn extra through voluntary overtime.

This role is ideal for a BMS Service Engineer proficient in BMS/BEMS systems and controls, with the ability to interpret electrical engineering drawings and a strong understanding of HVAC principles for effective planned preventative maintenance.

This role encompasses performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems, optimising energy efficiency, identifying necessary remedial work and upgrades, and ensuring the continued operation of building management systems. On-call rota 1 in 4 pay 1.5 to 2x over a weekend.

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience using - Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Centraline, Trend, Siemens or ABB
* Diagnose and repair technical issues
* BMS/BEMS, PPM and Reactive works
