Your new role


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Software Account Manager to join our client's dynamic sales team. This is a remote-based position covering the UK and Irish markets, with occasional travel to client sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth across a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, with a focus on Microsoft Platform Management (MPM) solutions and active directory.Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business through proactive outreach and strategic campaigns
  • Managing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients and channel partners
  • Executing value-based sales strategies and account plans
  • Collaborating with internal teams including pre-sales, inside sales, and services
  • Delivering compelling business justifications to senior stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise software sales
  • Strong familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology and its practical application
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Experience working with SaaS, on-prem, or hybrid solutions
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic, long-term client relationships

A degree is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for technology and a consultative approach to sales.
