Strategic Service Accounts Manager - EMEA

This is a growth role at the core of Vertiv’s Service business.

We’re looking for a high-energy, commercially driven Accounts Manager, Service Sales Strategic Account to take ownership of strategic accounts, expand service revenue, and position Vertiv as the partner of choice across the full lifecycle.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to expand their commercial exposure, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute to a high-priority area for Vertiv.

What You’ll Do

• Drive service sales performance across assigned accounts


• Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships


• Lead Service Account Plans and identify growth opportunities


• Collaborate with Strategic Account Directors and internal teams


• Support a consistent and high-quality customer experience

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong performance track record within Vertiv


• Good understanding of our service portfolio and customer base


• Commercial mindset and customer focus


• Strong collaboration and communication skills


• Experience in Service, Service Sales, or Account Management is a plus
