NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the South East of England area in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

The role is home based mostly, with one day per month work from the office. This means you will have a very good work - life balance.

Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker:

• The Supervising Social Worker will have a small caseload of 5 foster carers which will increase to the full time caseloads (10 foster families)
• The role is only to provide support and supervision to the foster carers, so there will be no Form F Assessments on top. They have a separate team of Independent Form F Assessors.
• The foster families are located around Luton Harrow, Portsmouth, Southampton

Requirements:

• you are a Supervising Social Worker
• you have experience in fostering
• you drive
