NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the Kent area in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a home based role, which means you will not have to go to an office. This will offer a lot more flexibility with your schedule.

Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker:

• The Supervising Social Worker will have a caseload of about 10 foster families
• The foster families are located around Maidstone, Gravesend and Northfleet
• The role does not include completing Form F Assessments, so it is only supervision and support of the foster families.

Requirements:

• you are an experienced Supervising Social Worker
• you have experience in fostering
• you drive
