Key Responsibilities

• Step into a structured pathway to becoming a Financial Adviser, supported every step of the way

• Participate in client meetings, eventually managing relationships independently
• Provide advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
• Collaborate with experienced paraplanners and support staff to ensure a smooth client journey

What They’re Looking For

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (Regulated Financial Planning)
• Experience in paraplanning or technical client support within an IFA or wealth firm
• Strong report writing and research background
• Passion for building client relationships and making complex topics easy to understand
• A friendly, clear communicator who values doing the right thing over the quick sale
• Based in or around Coventry, with flexibility to attend in-person client meetings
