Trainee Mortgage Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor within our client's highly successful practice in East London. Our clients are seeking a driven individual with a background in sales, who is keen to learn and progress in the Mortgage industry. The role will initially involve working in the client services team, calling potential clients, and booking appointments. Throughout this period, our clients will support and pay for CeMAP qualifications and within 9 months, progress the role into a Trainee Mortgage Advisor position.

What's on offer:

• Starting salary of £25,000
• On Target earnings of £30,000 - £35,000 (1st year) increasing to £50,000 - £60,000 (2nd year) then £100,000+ thereafter!
• Progression and qualifications into a Mortgage Advisor role, increasing salary to £30,000 with an ote of £40,000 in 1st year of broking
• Career progression
• Assistance with CeMAP qualifications

Working Hours:

• Hybrid role, 4 days in office and 1 from home
• 8.30am – 5.30pm

Trainee Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• Two years in sales environment (preferably Estate Agency)
• Driven and confident personality
• Prepared to learn and gain CeMAP qualifications

Key tasks of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor will include, but will not be limited to:

• Initially working in a Client Services role booking appointments
• Updating CRM on client bookings and feedback
• Learning CeMAP, with studies and qualifications
• Subsequent progression into Mortgage Advisor role
