Training Scheduler

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Scheduler to join our training department. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of training activities across the organisation. • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to follow structured processes and work to deadlines.
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Comfortable supporting financial tasks such as cost forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Willingness to assist with exam invigilation both on-site and off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the training diary for staff and associate trainers.
• Process booking requests and manage provisional bookings for in-company training courses.
• Arrange external venues for public training courses.
• Act as the first point of contact for all training operations queries.
• Generate reports on public and e-learning course availability.
• Support the management of purchase orders for associate trainers and external venues.
