Transactional Finance Manager

Transactional Finance Manager (non qualified) - REMOTE - Salary circa £55,000

** Please note, although the role is offered on a remote basis, you must be based in the UK to be considered **

The purpose of this role is to define and manage all transactional processes across the group and to lead and develop a small team to support a rapidly evolving business. We are looking for an individual that is in or has done a similar role previously, a safe pair of hands that can hit the ground running.

A little bit about the role....

• Management of cash flow

• Working closely with the management accounts team on GL close

• Accurately reviewing balance sheet reconciliations

• Preparing and submitting the HMRC Creditors report in a timely manner

• Implementing innovations and improvements to existing processes

• Operating as the transactional Finance lead on business wide projects, partnering with internal and external stakeholders

A little bit about you....

• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

• You have exceptional attention to detail

• You can manage multiple tasks at once in fast-paced environment, supporting your team to do the same

• You have a growth mindset; always looking to improve ways of working, learn from challenges and implement solutions

• You are keen to gain a broader understanding of a retail Finance department outside of your function
