What you'll be doing:
Pitching with purpose, negotiating with insight, and managing contracts with precision
Leading the charge to attract fresh, innovative brand partners while keeping our current partnerships thriving
Responding to dynamic client briefs and proactively discovering exciting reward opportunities
Acting as the voice of our Product Portfolio, delivering engaging presentations both internally and externally
Hitting monthly KPIs for new acquisitions and partner retention
Championing best practice, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams
Guiding junior team members, offering mentorship and leadership every step of the way
Managing partner data with accuracy and insight in our systems
Researching new product concepts and reporting on feasibility with clarity
Ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time, and with impact
What we're looking for:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive edge
Proven experience in partner recruitment and relationship management
Solid presentation skills and a flair for storytelling
Strategic negotiation talent with a clear commercial mindset
A meticulous eye for detail and a talent for organisation
Proactive, approachable, and able to spark enthusiasm wherever you go
Resilience under pressure with calm professionalism and diplomacy
