The opportunity

Over 12 years, we’ve built a strong reputation across agencies, brands and consultancies. With increasing international demand, the UK is being established as a secondary commercial hub and front-facing market.

The successful hire will act as the senior UK figurehead, owning revenue growth, client development and brand presence while working closely with established leadership internationally.

Key responsibilities

• 10+ years experience


• Own and deliver UK commercial strategy with full responsibility for revenue growth


• Act as the senior UK market leader and brand ambassador across clients, partners andindustry forums


• Build and nurture senior client relationships across agencies, brands and consultancies


• Collaborate with senior counterparts in the US


• Raise market profile through networking, events and thought leadership


• Establish and scale a UK commercial footprint


• Partner closely with operations, product and delivery leaders to ensure seamless execution


• Contribute to long-term growth planning, including international expansion and exit strategy
  

About you

• 10+ years in Market Research and Insights


• Senior commercial leader within market research, data or insights


• Proven track record of winning and growing client relationships in the UK market


• Comfortable operating at Country Lead level with real decision-making authority


• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building teams


• Credible industry presence with strong network across agencies, consultancies or brands


• Commercially sharp, relationship-led and confident representing a business externally
