About the Company

A respected, family-run firm of Chartered Surveyors with national reach is looking to grow their team in the Cambridge area. Specialising in Level 2 Homebuyer Reports, Level 3 Building Surveys, Red Book valuations, and expert witness work, they are known for their supportive culture, technical excellence, and strong client reputation. Surveyors primarily work from home and meet regionally for collaboration and team support.

Technology and Support

The company uses a custom-built reporting app, designed by surveyors, to streamline the survey process. New team members are given time and support to settle into systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition. With a workload of one Level 3 survey or two Level 2 surveys per day, the role promotes balance and precision.

Key Benefits and Package

• A base salary ranging from £35,000 to £55,000 depending on experience.
• A £3,500 joining bonus after successful completion of a 3-month probation period.
• A monthly car allowance of £500.

Who They’re Looking For

This opportunity is ideal for MRICS or AssocRICS-qualified surveyors, or those working toward accreditation, who are based near Cambridge. You must have experience writing professional reports and a willingness to grow into areas where you may have less experience. No panel work is involved; all reports are full RICS products with full training provided.
