Valuation Surveyor

Specialist claims management division of international insurance broker seeks to appoint MRICS qualified Valuation Surveyor for regional role operating throughout the Scotland ideally from a base in the Glasgow/Edinburgh area.

• You will be responsible for providing full valuation services to customers in accordance with RICS standards principally for commercial buildings with some high net worth residential properties.
• You will visit sites at all stages of development from greenfield to foundations and completed buildings, and write detailed reports on properties for the purpose of rent reviews, investment potential, mortgage valuations etc.
• You will write and submit proposals to insurers to identify the best possible insurance solution for your client.

About you:

• Candidates must be essentially MRICS qualified through the Valuation Division and must maintain RICS valuer status complying with the Red Book and CPD requirements.
• The role will be home-based operating throughout Scotland, but our client also has offices that you can use as a base.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary to £60-65,000 plus car allowance, pension, private medical care and 27 days holiday.
