On offer is the exciting opportunity for a CAVA Qualified Vehicle Apprenticeship Assessor to join a leading UK engineering and defence business who are well known for their high standards of work, innovation as well as their long-term career opportunities and exciting global projects.

In this role, the successful CAVA Qualified Vehicle Apprenticeship Assessor would be responsible for travelling across the North/South of England to MoD locations and make sure that all the new intakes are completing their qualifications and keeping to schedules and overall delivery, supporting with high demands and ensuring no apprentice is left without an assessor.

The ideal Vehicle Apprenticeship Assessor Delivery Support would have a minimum of a Level 3 CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) as well as a full UK driving license.

The Role:

• Act as a flexible resource to ensure continuity of delivery during periods of absence, or increased demand
• Provide rapid response support to learners who have no allocated coach
• Provide surge support to drive forward learner progression and completions
• Schedule and attend learner progress reviews for learners who have no allocated coach and / or require additional targeted support and complete all required documentation

The Person:

• Certified CAVA Vehicle Apprenticeship Assessor
• Full UK Driving License
• Happy to travel to site across North/South of England.
• Deal with high demand.
