Removals Driver (3.5T & LGV)

Our client, a respected and expanding company within the Removals and Storage industry, is seeking experienced Removals Drivers (3.5T & LGV) to join their busy High Wycombe-based team. Renowned for their professional service and attention to detail, they deliver local and UK-wide moving solutions for both residential and commercial clients.

As a Removals Driver, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for the smooth, safe, and efficient transportation of clients’ belongings. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to progress within a company that values experience and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out local and long-distance removals across the UK
• Pack, load, transport, and unload goods with care and professionalism
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every move
• Ensure vehicles are maintained to a high standard and safety checks are completed
• Work closely with operations and crew teams to ensure seamless job delivery
• Opportunity to progress from 3.5T to LGV through internal development

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous removals experience is essential
• Licence: Clean UK driving licence (3.5T or LGV depending on role)
• Fitness: Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a strong team player
• Customer Skills: Friendly and professional manner with clients
• Eligibility: Right to work in the UK

What’s on Offer:

• Competitive salary: £38K - £42K basic, with OTE up to £50K
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• 45 hours per week, with opportunities for extra earnings
• Uniform and full training provided
