Renewables Project Manager

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing renewable energy business, working on ground-mounted solar PV projects.

The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating contractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities.

* Coordinate site logistics, resources and project schedules.

* Act as the main on-site contact for clients, contractors and suppliers.

* Monitor progress, costs and project milestones.

* Ensure HSQE and CDM requirements are maintained across site.

* Carry out site inspections and address any issues or risks.

* Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Senior Project Manager.

* Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and project handover.

* Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.

Requirements

* 5+ years' experience in site-based project management, ideally within renewables or solar PV.

* Strong experience managing subcontractors and site teams.

* SMSTS and First Aid essential.

* IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.

* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

* Good understanding of UK construction and renewable energy regulations.

* Experience using MS Project and other site management systems
