Renewables Site Supervisor

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a growing renewable energy business, working on ground-mounted solar PV projects.

The role will involve overseeing subcontractors and day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

* Supervise subcontractors and monitor progress against project programmes.

* Carry out daily site inspections and ensure health & safety standards are maintained.

* Lead toolbox talks and maintain accurate site records.

* Monitor workmanship and ensure works meet project specifications.

* Identify and report any risks, delays or issues to the Project Manager.

* Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers on site.

* Assist with client visits, snagging and quality checks.

Requirements

* 3–5 years' experience in site supervision, ideally within renewables or solar PV.

* Experience managing subcontractors on construction sites.

* SMSTS and First Aid essential.

* IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.

* Good understanding of UK construction and H&S regulations.

* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

* Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
