Role: Renewals Consultant
Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5pm.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + bonus.

My Client is a Top 100 UK Independent broker specialising in the commercial insurance industry that has a refreshingly positive and enthusiastic perspective on how to win and retain business and offers a lively working environment to match. We are now looking for people with great customer service or account management skills to join the business as Renewals consultants.

What will you be doing in the Renewals Consultant role?

• Speaking with existing customers about their policies that are coming up for renewal to build rapport with the view to renew their policy for the coming year

• Dealing with any objections/issues/counter quotes from other insurance providers/brokers where necessary

• Taking details required for the policies, ensuring every piece of information is correct and managing the relevant paperwork

• Scoping out opportunities for other potential insurance policies to quote to or referrals to pass over to the sales team
