A relationship-focused customer success strategy includes involvement in purchasing decisions, implementing and using products or services, and Customer Support. The CS team increases retention, prevents churn, builds loyalty, and generates account expansion revenue.
ROLE PURPOSE:
The Renewals Coordinator is responsible for the back-end operations of customer accounts including renewals, add-on orders, customer information capture, and billing details. They will also be pivotal to ad-hoc customer projects to ensure retention.
