Are you an experienced insurance professional looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a well-known insurance company in Leicester that’s on the hunt for a confident and capable Renewals Executive to join their growing team.

As a Renewals Executive, you’ll play a key role in managing customer renewals – no cold calling here, just genuine conversations with existing clients about renewing their policies. You’ll use your industry know-how to guide them through their options, answer questions, and make sure their cover still suits their needs.

To hit the ground running in this Renewals Executive role, you’ll need to have previous experience in an insurance setting – ideally in a renewals team, but other areas of broking or account handling will also be considered. The main thing is that you understand how the industry works and you’re confident talking about different types of cover with customers.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in insurance
• Is a strong communicator and enjoys speaking with customers
• Can work confidently, independently, and with a sharp eye for detail
