Job Description - Renewals Negotiator

Job Title: Renewals Negotiator

Location: Stirling Ackroyd, Byfleet HQ

Brand: Stirling Ackroyd

Salary: From £24,000 to £26,000.00 per annum, plus commission.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

As a Renewals Negotiator you will be responsible for a portfolio of properties and their tenancies, from commencement date to the return of the property to the owner.  

Duties will include:


  • Notify landlords and tenants when the tenancy is due to expire.

  • Negotiate rent increases.

  • Communicate effectively across different departments.

  • Respond to any enquiries via phone or email.

  • Prepare section 13s when appropriate.

  • Chase for signature of both parties for any renewal documentation.

  • Ensure all documentation meets the correct legislative requirements.

Skills required:


  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Ability to communicate to a range of different people.

  • Effective time management skills.
