Renewals Negotiator

Do you have experience in a lettings division? Are you wanting to be part of a supportive and dynamic team? At KFH we are looking for a renewals negotiator to join our Renewals department to look after our 60 Lettings branches across London.

You will report into our Head of Renewals and Change of Sharers.

Responsibilities of a renewals negotiator include:

• Managing your own portfolio of properties


• Working with your designated branch network to understand market conditions


• Provide advice and guidance to all landlords


• Communicate with tenants providing necessary advice and negotiate where required


• Ensure all compliance procedures are met


• Keep a high standard when delivering paperwork to clients


• Communicate with third-party companies


• Provide high levels of customer service
