Rent Account Manager Required

Hours: Full Time (Remote)

Location: Birmingham

Pay: £35,000 per annum

Venn Group are looking for a Rent Account Manager for a Housing Charity in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Reconcile all incoming HB and service charge payments on Xero for 260 residents when full
• Liaise with HB and HSO staff about any suspensions/deductions arrears etc.
• Reconcile all housing benefit payments
• Lead on any discrepancies + suspension of benefits
• Proactively monitor tenant rent accounts, ensuring early intervention in cases of arrears in line with organisational policy and best practice
• Provide financial advice and signposted residents to welfare and debt advice services where appropriate

The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstratable experience in a similar role
• Full UK Driving Licence
• DBS
• Own vehicle
