Rental Assistant

Radius Vehicle Solutions are hiring a Rental Assistant to join the passionate & successful Stansted location on a full time basis. Radius Vehicle Solutions are an immensely proud vehicle provider, offering best-in-class customer service across a wide range of products.

The role of Rental Administrator is really important to us. The purpose of the role is to carry out tasks relating to the fleet hire function. To operate as a Rental Desk Operative building and maintaining customer relationships through telephone, email and face to face contact.

The role is required to support the Supervisor in ensuring the upkeep of the overall condition of the fleet. Ensuring that vehicles are moved, monitored and maintained appropriately, utilising systems and procedures to assist with this.

We would love to welcome you to our Bishop's Stortford location, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

• Ensuring the Daily Diary is kept up to date
• Update our software with the movement of each vehicle in timely manner
• Ensuring our driving operatives have the information they need to each delivery and collection
• Liaising with Customers daily
• Answering Telephone

• Computer literate
• Good communicator
• Good all rounder prepared to muck in and help as requires to cover holidays/sickness
• Able to work under pressure

• Full Clean Driving License essential
