Reporting directly into the Team Leader, the purpose of the Car Repair Claims Handler is to take new reports of motor claims from internal departments and book the cars in with garages for repair on behalf of the client.
Purpose
The car repair from start to finish i.e. understand the issue, get their car booked in with the most suitable repairer, instruct the repairer, liaise with the repairer, clients and partners and monitor the status of the repair until the car is returned to the client.
The role is mainly outbound dialling and emails – so a professional manner, an ability to build relationships, and being customer focussed is imperative.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the bookings of repairs
* Monitor progress and update client
* Provide reports to the team manager
* Make outbound calls to garages, external stakeholders
* Maintain relationships with garages and clients
Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00, 1 in 6 Saturdays 09:00 – 13:00 Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
