Location: Harrow, North West London
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Sellick Partnership is supporting a well-known, well-loved organisation in North West London with the recruitment of an experienced Customer Services and Administrative candidate to join their teams

This is a varied office-based role where you will play a key part in coordinating maintenance works, supporting customers and engineers, monitoring operational performance and ensuring excellent service delivery across a fast-paced environment

Key duties of Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator role includes:

Schedule and coordinate repairs, maintenance and servicing appointments
Manage engineer diaries to maximise productivity and service delivery
Act as a key point of contact for customers, residents, engineers and suppliers
Provide regular updates on appointments, job progress and completed works
Handle customer enquiries and support complaint resolution processes
Produce reports and monitor operational KPIs and service performance
Support quotation, invoicing and purchase order administration
Maintain accurate records across internal systems and databases
Assist with process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiencyPreferred experience includes:

Experience in scheduling, planning or service coordination.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
