Do you have experience of coordinating engineers/work teams?

My client is busy so now require an additional person in their HVAC division. You will be an organised person with great communication skills plus a great working knowledge of Outlook and Excel.

The role

• Arrange and schedule gas services to ensure that they are compliant and completed within set deadlines
• Liaise extensively with managers, clients and contractors
• Ensure all certification and records are kept up to date Experience needed
• Ideally some knowledge of coordination gas or plumbing teams
• Able to prioritise and work to demanding targets
• Strong customer service skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Flexible in approach
