Repairs Coordinator Opportunity in Chesterfield! (Temporary)

We are recruiting for a customer focussed and experienced Administrator for an outstanding organisation based in Chesterfield to join their team as a Repairs Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating via telephone and email in a professional manner, have strong IT and systems skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Duties will include:

• Scheduling maintenance, service and repair works with contractors and suppliers
• Contacting and liaising with contractors, suppliers and customers via telephone and email
• Logging and recording information and data accurately
• Using Excel, Outlook, Word and inhouse systems
