Day-to-day of the role:

Lead and manage a team of surveyors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of repair services across South London.
Oversee the scheduling and allocation of work, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on the team's performance against KPIs and service level agreements.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and address any operational challenges.
Implement strategic initiatives to improve processes and increase efficiency within the team.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in repairs management within the housing sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of surveyors.
