We are looking for a detail-oriented Repairs Planner to join our team, coordinating reactive and planned maintenance tasks. This role is ideal for someone experienced in scheduling, subcontractor management, and ensuring maintenance work is completed efficiently and on time.
Repairs Planner
Contract: 6 months (with possibility to go permanent) Hours: 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday Pay: £16.91/hr Location: Weybridge (office-based)
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and manage PPM and reactive tasks in Repairs Planner from internal colleagues and clients
* Identify the most appropriate solution for client requests within contractual processes
* Prepare and send requests for quotations to subcontractors
* Schedule and coordinate subcontractor visits to site
* Complete Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processes as required
* Prepare, download, and circulate management reports
* Liaise with subcontractors to obtain completion documentation and upload
Requirements:
* Experience in maintenance coordination or facilities management
* Familiarity with Repairs Planner or similar task management systems
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
