You'll play a key role in coordinating repairs and maintenance appointments, ensuring engineers are deployed efficiently while delivering an excellent service to customers. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate repair, maintenance, and servicing appointments. Manage engineer diaries, workload, and capacity to maximise productivity. Allocate work efficiently based on location, skills, and priority. Handle customer enquiries and provide appointment updates. Raise jobs, book appointments, and maintain accurate records. Respond to emergency works and reschedule appointments as required. Work closely with engineers and operational teams to deliver excellent service. Skills & Experience Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination roles, ideally within housing, maintenance, or facilities management. Proficient in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with customers, engineers, and stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure. Adaptable, flexible, and able to respond quickly to changing demands. Our package: £26,800 - £27,600/year 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday). Pension scheme and family benefits.
