Repairs Supervisor - Welwyn Garden City (AL8 6AE)
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Repairs Supervisor to join our Welwyn & Hatfield Repairs and Maintenance team, based in Welwyn Garden City.
About the RoleAs a Repairs Supervisor, you will lead a team within a defined project or work stream, ensuring high service standards and the achievement of key performance indicators. You will manage daily operations, assess resource requirements, and ensure objectives are met within time, cost, and budget constraints.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing team performance in line with company policies
• Conducting regular review meetings and providing coaching and mentoring
• Resolving complaints and implementing action plans for improvement
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:

• Significant technical knowledge and proven supervisory experience
• SMSTS (or equivalent), Level 3 trade or Supervisor NVQ, Gold CSCS card
• Strong time management and IT skills
• A proactive and flexible approach with excellent communication and leadership abilities
• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
