Reporting Accountant

A rapidly growing, innovation-driven biotechnology company is seeking a Group Reporting Accountant to join its dynamic finance team.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the CFO and senior finance team to support business planning, budgeting, reforecasting, and board reporting, as well as fulfilling external reporting obligations for an AIM-listed group. This role is ideal for someone recently out of practice or looking to make that move.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports for senior management and the board
• Lead interim and annual reporting processes and liaise with external auditors
• Apply IFRS standards including revenue recognition and manufacturing accounting
• Support corporate governance and ESG reporting
• Drive annual budgeting and reforecasting cycles
• Analyse and report on business KPIs
• Use reporting tools to generate actionable business insights

About You:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Technically strong with a good grasp of IFRS and manufacturing accounting
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, AIM-listed environment
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in advanced Excel
• Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Must have the right to work in the UK
