Strive Collective is a London-based sales company working with brands in the energy sector to engage customers through face-to-face campaigns at events and retail locations.
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Representatives – Sales Agents. In this role, you will speak directly with customers in public environments, introduce energy services, and help customers understand the options available to them.
This opportunity is suited to individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating in person, and developing practical sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
No previous sales experience is required, as full training and ongoing support are provided.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Agent, you will represent energy providers at events, shopping centres, and retail-based promotional spaces across London. Your role will involve approaching customers, starting conversations, and explaining available services clearly and professionally.
You will work as part of a team delivering face-to-face sales campaigns while building confidence in communication, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
This position is not office-based or call centre work and does not involve business-to-business sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent partner brands at events and retail locations
Approach and speak with customers face-to-face
Introduce energy services and explain current offers
Answer questions and provide clear product information
Build rapport with customers and maintain a professional approach
Work toward individual and team sales targets
Attend training sessions to develop sales and communication skills
Maintain high standards of brand representation at all times
Requirements:
Confident speaking with people in person
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in public-facing environments
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and professional approach to work
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles can be helpful but is not required.
