Reprographics & Administration Assistant – York Area

Location: York / Easingwold area

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (dependent on working hours)

Start Date: Monday 2 November 2026

Working Pattern: Part-time, with Monday, Tuesday and Friday preferred (flexibility available)

PK Education is recruiting a Reprographics & Administration Assistant to support a secondary school in the York area.

We are looking for an organised, reliable and professional individual who can provide administrative support and assist with the school's reprographics requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Photocopying, printing and preparing learning resources.

Providing general administrative and clerical support.

Organising and distributing documents and materials.

Supporting the smooth running of the school office.

Maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have previous administration or reprographics experience.

Be confident using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Have excellent organisational and communication skills.

Be comfortable working in a busy school environment.

Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS with children's barred list check.
