Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Reprographics / Porter to join a professional corporate office in Bishopsgate, City of London. This is an ongoing temporary position, ideal for someone with reprographics, print room, facilities, or porter experience who is happy working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operating high-volume print and finishing equipment, including Canon printers and ImagePRESS V8000.
Producing and finishing documents using GBC punch and wire binding machines.
Tabbing, collating, and assembling books, manuals, presentations, and other printed materials.
Managing large-volume print requests and ensuring work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
Carrying out quality checks on all printed materials before distribution.
Setting up, rearranging, and resetting meeting rooms as required.
Moving office furniture and equipment to support meetings, events, and daily office operations.
Delivering documents, packages, and supplies throughout the office.
Providing general office services and facilities support.
Assisting with ad hoc porter and facilities duties as required.

Requirements

Previous experience within a reprographics, print room, porter, or facilities role.
Ability to carry out manual handling tasks and move furniture safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Good communication skills and a professional approach.
