My client is a well-established International Firm based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a Reprographics Team Leader to join and oversee a small close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a background in Facilities or Reprographics who are looking to progress their career.

As a Reprographics Team Leader your duties will include:

* Management of the team, including handling performance reviews

* Identifying training needs and areas for development

* Monitor the workflow and ensure all work is completed within the deadlines

* Maintain close relationships with key contacts

* Undertake all printing and scanning requests

* Ensure all administration for the department is kept up to date

As a Reprographics Team Leader you will have the following skills:

* Previous experience working in Reprographics is essential

* Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role would be ideal

* High level of IT knowledge

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines
