Research Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Research Officer on a permanent basis for an organisation based in Eastleigh. You'll be joining a well-established and diverse organisation which has flexible working.
The RoleYou will be responsible for the delivery of research projects for the purpose of informing and supporting decision making. Conduct quality assurance tasks for research projects and turn data into insights that will shape future business processes.As the Research officer, your role will heavily involve data analysis and collection to produce reports and summary papers for specific audiences.You will be managing and delivering multiple research projects concurrently. A strong communicator and someone who can manage good working relationships with stakeholders will be successful in this position.
Key Skills and experience:

• Designing, managing and delivering multiple research projects
• Conduct quality assurance tasks for research projects
• Stakeholder engagement
• Delivering primary and secondary research
• Willing to travel to different offices as per business needs
