Next Address is a small but dynamic and rapidly growing serviced apartment agency in London. We provide temporary accommodation solutions to leisure and business travellers. At Next Address, we value expertise, efficiency and exceptional service.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Reservations and Sales Coordinator at Next Address. As a Reservation and Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing reservations, providing support with sales and ensuring seamless communication with clients. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, processing bookings, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure high level of client satisfaction. You will be a key player in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales.

This role is based in Knightsbridge and offers the flexibility of some remote work.

Duties:
Manage sales leads received via the Company’s website, email or telephone, promptly and professionally.
Prepare and send proposals and quotations to potential clients.
Process reservations accurately, ensuring all details are correct and communicated to relevant parties.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market.
Confirm bookings and send out confirmation details and invoice.
Attend industry networking events during weekdays/ evenings.
Handle any issues or complaints from clients.
Maintain organized and accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing clients' queries and concerns promptly and e^ectively.
Prepare regular reports on reservations and sales activities.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and relocation companies.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications
2 years experience in a similar position
Knowledge of the serviced apartment industry and market trends
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Experience in managing reservations and coordinating with clients
Proficiency in handling bookings and maintaining booking systems
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Team spirit, a self-driven and a can-do approach are essential.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is a plus
