Reserving Actuary - Reinsurance

A re(insurer) is looking to hire a Reserving Actuary to join their team in London. This will focus on reinsurance reserving.

In this role you will report into the Lead Actuary. You will be involved in SII TPs, quarterly reserving activity, undertaking deep dive analysis into areas of interest, and providing effective input into the business planning process alongside other activity.

This is a highly collaborative team to join in the business. They are keen for the role holder to take ownership of their processes.

For this role they want to speak to FIA Qualified Actuaries who have reserving experience. They are open to both personal lines and Lloyd's/London Market backgrounds. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively and be experienced users of Excel, VBA and SQL.
