The Resettlement and Support team has been recently established to assess the needs of individuals and families in temporary accommodation with a focus on achieving positive outcomes and enabling their move into suitable long term housing and to provide support to residents in nightly paid accommodation.
You will work directly with homeless households in temporary accommodation, helping them access support from local voluntary, community and faith organisations, schools, health services, and adult social care. Your goal will be to empower residents to move into suitable, settled accommodation—whether through social housing or the private rented sector.
