Resident Electrical Engineer

Resident Engineer - Electrical - Kingsway, Derby. salary £36k to £38k.

Resident Electrical Engineer needed for a mental health site in Derby. The role is static, so there is no vehicle provided, however, a small amount of travel is required between sites, for which fuel is reimbursed, so you need to be able to drive and have a vehicle.

Hospital experience is preferred but not essential. Most of the work is maintenance based with a small amount of installation work. Candidates would be expected to carry out other tasks, not just electrical work and have a flexible attitude. Candidates should have the 18th Edition wiring regulation qualification and, ideally, C&G 2391 inspection and testing.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, 30 minutes lunch break

Holidays: 32 (Including 8 Bank Holidays)

Pension: Workplace Pension

Overtime: paid at time and a half at all times.

Call out: 1 week in 4, £100 call out retainer, minimum 3 hours paid at time and a half if called out.
