Job Description - Resident Liaison Officer

Help turn sustainability plans into real improvements in people’s homes. Join us as a Resident Liaison Officer (Retrofit) and play a key role in delivering retrofit programmes while supporting residents every step of the way.

We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Outline of key responsibilities...

  • Serve as the main point of contact for residents, prioritising their needs and addressing concerns throughout the delivery of site works
  • Foster a safe, secure, and positive living environment while working closely with site staff to minimise disruption
  • Communicate proactively and plan meticulously to ensure scheduled access to residents’ homes, building trust and delivering a seamless, customer-focused experience
  • Set up, manage, and maintain the Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites
  • Attend regular client and tenant meetings to ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered
  • Maintain and update programmed works, enabling clear collaboration across teams
  • Maintain a structured complaints process and resolve resident concerns efficiently and proactively

We are looking for someone who has...

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse and process data
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Full UK valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  • An annual salary of £29,510.95 plus a car allowance of £1,545 per annum
