A prestigious Residential development, located in Central London, is seeking a Residential Amenities Executive to join their exceptional team.

As a Amenities Executive, you will be at the heart of our clients' residential amenities experience. You will support day-to-day operations and events that delight their residents, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression.

From greeting residents and handling amenity requests with creativity and speed, to coordinating exclusive events and maintaining the highest service standards, you'll be instrumental in making a truly uplifting, blissful community.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver quick, efficient, and personalised service that exceeds resident expectations
* Respond proactively to all amenity requests via our resident app (SPIKE), phone, email, and in person
* Coordinate bookings and events, including private dining and sky bar experiences
* Maintain accurate records of resident preferences to provide a unique and tailored service
* Collaborate with onsite teams to oversee event execution and ensure flawless experiences
* Build trusted relationships with residents, including High Net Worth Individuals
* Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through training and teamwork

Key Requirements:
* Passionate about outstanding customer service and luxury lifestyle experiences
* Highly organised, efficient, and dependable
* Adaptable, sympathetic, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
* Eligible to work in the UK (Mandarin speakers welcome)
* Knowledge or interest in fine dining, travel, and luxury living is a plus
