Residential Amenities Executive – Luxury Residential Development, London

Hyperion Partners is proud to be working exclusively with one of London’s most prestigious luxury residential developers to appoint an exceptional Residential Amenities Executive. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a world-class team delivering unrivalled service to residents of a landmark development in the heart of the capital.



About the Role

As Residential Amenities Executive, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the on-site amenities, ensuring a seamless, five-star lifestyle experience for all residents. From private cinemas and wellness suites to rooftop lounges and exclusive dining areas, you will be the face of these facilities, curating impeccable service and anticipating residents’ needs with discretion and professionalism.



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily management of all resident amenities, ensuring exceptional presentation and functionality at all times

  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents using amenities, providing a warm, responsive and solutions-focused service

  • Liaise closely with concierge, housekeeping, security and external service providers to ensure smooth operation and communication

  • Coordinate bookings, private events, and resident requests, delivering a tailored experience that reflects the development’s luxury ethos

  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and support ongoing risk management procedures

  • Monitor feedback, track usage trends, and contribute to ongoing improvements in resident satisfaction



About You

  • Previous experience in a hospitality, luxury residential, private members’ club or high-end lifestyle environment

  • Impeccable personal presentation and a natural flair for service excellence

  • Proactive, discreet and confident in managing high-net-worth individuals and VIPs

  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail

  • Flexible and collaborative – able to work evenings or weekends as required by resident events or facility operations
