Excellent role on offer for a Building Surveyor looking to work for a highly-respected Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy offering extensive progression opportunities.

Are you an ambitious Building Surveyor in the residential sector seeking a long term role within a growing business?

This company is a consultancy firm operating within a diverse range of long-term sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Civil Infrastructure, Highways, Education, Healthcare, and Industrial. They provide an array of services to their public and private sector clients. Having grown throughout the pandemic and backed up by a strong order book, they are now looking to recruit a Building Surveyor into their growing team.

This role would therefore ideally be a Building Surveyor with experience in Residential surveying inclusive of but not limited to, Mortgage Valuations, RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 Surveys and Drive-By valuations.

You will be required to have a detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology, as well as strong performance and risk awareness within a regulatory environment.

The Role:
*Building Surveyor
*Undertaking condition surveys and preparing reports
*Specifications, schedules of work, and building control applications

The Person:
*Strong building surveying experience
*experience in Residential surveying
