Deputy Manager - Residential Care Home
Salary: £15 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager for a high-quality residential care home within a luxury care group. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a supportive leadership role within a beautifully appointed 45-bed home that offers en suite facilities and personalised care.

Working alongside a skilled and friendly team, you will support the Home Manager in delivering excellent care and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The home has a strong regulatory track record with a Good CQC rating and provides tailored care for older people, dementia, and physical disabilities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the Home Manager in leading care delivery and staff performance.

• Promoting high standards of person-centred care and regulatory compliance.

• Assisting in rota management, training, and supervision of care staff.

• Contributing to care plan reviews and ensuring residents' needs are met.

• Supporting a positive and safe environment for residents and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a senior or deputy role within residential care.

• Strong knowledge of dementia care and safeguarding protocols.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (or working towards).
