Job Description - Residential Caretaker

Maintain a strong presence across the development and respond promptly to resident queries and issues
Carry out general repairs, basic DIY and hands-on maintenance
Oversee external contractors, including gardening and maintenance teams
Clean and maintain communal areas within the main residential building
Support management of plant rooms and boilers (training provided if required)
Help ensure the cleanliness, security, and presentation of the site at all times
Participate in out-of-hours callouts in case of any emergencies (must live within reasonable commuting distance)
Provided with an on-site office, mobile phone and body-worn camera for communication and safety
