Job Title - Residential Conveyancer / Residential Property Fee Earner / Conveyancing Solicitor

Location: Stockport
Full Time: Full Time - hybrid working available
Salary: Dependent on Experience

Duties:

• Handle client matters with precision and adherence to the firm's quality and risk management procedures
• Generate fee income and manage time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection to meet targets
• Participate in business development activities to support the team and firm
• Supervise and support colleagues' fee-earning work during absences or holidays
• Engage in marketing activities at various levels within the firm
• Provide professional and friendly client support both in person and over the phone
• Manage correspondence and documents through the case management system
