Residential Conveyancer – North Leicestershire

Venn Group are partnered with a long standing East Midlands firm who are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join their respected team.

As an experienced Conveyancer you would be responsible for a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters
• Acting on matters such as sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Assist junior team members with adhoc advice

Requirements:

• Solicitor, CILEX, CLC or Fee Earner with over 2 years’ PQE
• Noticeable experience within a conveyancing department
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
